Ties are adorable, the ties get 5 starts. They were exactly as pictured. They are a little bigger than the estimated ages but they have the measurement of the tie on the website and I didn’t bother checking it with my kids. No worries, they’ll grow into them.
The issue I had was with a lack of communication. I placed my order and didn’t relieve any communication about shipping. After three weeks and multiple attempts at reaching out I was ready to call my credit card company to file a fraud claim. Fortunately they responded to my latest email that day to tell me it had been shipped already. But then when I asked for a tracking number I again got silence. I did get the ties I needed a few days before the event I needed them for, but I’d recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance to save yourself some anxiety.
