By using this site and/or placing an order for merchandise, you represent that you are over eighteen years of age and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not obtain merchandise from this site. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Dover Family Enterprises, LLC, DBA My Favorite Pal, LLC(sometimes referred to as “us” or “we”) without prior notice at any time, in our sole discretion.
Privacy Policy:
At MYFAVORITEPAL.COM we are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. MyFavoritePal.com uses your personal information for the sole purpose of processing your orders, with the exception of voluntary electronic promotions/newsletters explained below. By visiting our website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.When you place an order, MyFavoritePal.com will collect your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. This information is used to fulfill your order, including payment and shipping, and to notify you of your order status. All credit card information is given through a secured gateway with Authorize.net for payment purposes. Authorize.net does not share your credit card information with anybody including MyFavoritePal.com.
To ship your order, it will be necessary for us to share your name, address, and telephone number with the shipping company of our choice. Shipping companies require this information to deliver your products.
We offer free electronic newsletters to inform you of specials, new products, surveys, and more. To sign up for the newsletters, simply check “subscribe to newsletter” when you enter your email address. To unsubscribe, log in to myfavoritepal.com and uncheck the “subscribe to newsletter” box located in “Account Details.” Surveys may be included with the newsletters and are strictly voluntary. Individually identifiable information will be used by Myfavoritepal.com only. General, aggregate survey results may be shared with third parties.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation:
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card account has been charged and your order is canceled, you will receive a prompt refund to your credit card account. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled by you. We are not responsible for orders that are not received due to technical difficulties transmitting to or within our site.Payment Terms and Sales Taxes:
Payment must be received by us prior to shipping your order. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for all purchases. We also accept payment by money order (with a reference to your name/order) or preprinted check. You represent and warrant that: (a) all credit card information you supply to us is correct, (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, (c) your check will be honored by the financial institution to be drawn against, and (d) you will pay all charges incurred by you, including any applicable sales taxes (currently, only on orders shipped to Utah). All payments must be in United States dollars. Your current billing address and telephone information must be included with every order.

Cost of shipping is for the entire order (regardless of quantity purchased)
Domestic Shipping rates:
Standard Shipping (5-9 Business Days): $5.50
Express Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $7.50
Next Day (Up To 2 Business Days): $25.00
International Shipping Rates:
International Standard (6-11 business days): $15.00
International Express Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $30.00
For International orders, any customs fees and/or import duties incurred on delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The times listed estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from us and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.
Changes in Merchandise:
We constantly update our merchandise, and may discontinue merchandise at any time without notice. We will not be liable for the lack of availability of merchandise through our site. All pricing for the merchandise available on our site is subject to change.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:
Our responsibility for defects relating to the merchandise available on our site is limited to the procedures described in our return/exchange policy set forth below. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO YOUR PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE THROUGH OUR SITE.Product pictures are provided for your convenience. Care is taken to provide the most accurate portrayal of the products. In the event that the pictures are used for color matching, the failure of a My Favorite Pal product to match the color of any personal materials or merchandise is not considered a "defect" as addressed above. Product names are for REFERENCE only, though some may attempt descriptions of colors and patterns.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We offer a thirty-day return policy on all defective products and a thirty-day exchange policy for all incorrectly purchased sizes provided all returned merchandise must be 100% complete and must be unworn. To return products, you must contact us through the contact page or e-mail customerservice@myfavoritepal.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day period and before shipping the item. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. To expedite the processing of your return, we require that merchandise be returned within thirty days of the date that we issue the RMA. Returns received after thirty days and before ninety days of the date we issue the RMA will only be eligible for an exchange. You are responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us within the required time limits. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you must save the merchandise and the original packaging it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned directly to us only within thirty days from the purchase date, and at our discretion, you will be offered a credit, replacement, or exchange. A $ 4.00 restocking fee may be charged on returns/exchanges at the discretion of My Favorite Pal, LLC.Governing Law and Statute of Limitations:
This site is controlled by us from our offices within the State of Utah. It can be accessed throughout the United States, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Utah, by accessing this site you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Utah, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of merchandise available through this site. Each of us agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Utah County Justice Court and the United States District Court for the District of Utah with respect to such matters. Any cause of action brought by you against us or our affiliates must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
